SEKO Tekna TPG and TPR Digital Dosing Pumps –
Precision Chemical Dosing for Every Application
SEKO TEKNA TPG and TPR digital dosing pumps represent the global standard in wall-mounted electromagnetic dosing pump technology — engineered in Italy, trusted in over 50 countries, and now available through GM Pumps CC an authorised distributor in Southern Africa.
The SEKO TEKNA EVO series is one of the most widely deployed wall-mounted electromagnetic dosing pump ranges on the planet. Built on decades of field-proven refinement and feedback from thousands of global installations, the EVO platform combines a compact, IP65-rated polypropylene enclosure with a PVDF pump head, ceramic ball valves and a PTFE diaphragm as standard — providing outstanding chemical compatibility across industrial water treatment, potable water systems, swimming pool dosing, agricultural irrigation and general process applications. With a universal power supply of 100–240 V AC at 50/60 Hz, the same pump operates reliably across South African and international installations without modification. Flow rates spanning 0.4 to 54 l/h and back pressures up to 20 bar mean a single platform architecture can be selected and sized for a wide spectrum of dosing challenges.
World-class chemical compatibility
Standard PVDF pump heads and ceramic ball valves deliver compatibility with virtually all aggressive chemicals encountered in water treatment, pool maintenance and industrial processing — including acids, alkalis and oxidising agents.
IP65 industrial protection
The glass-fibre-reinforced polypropylene casing carries a full IP65 ingress protection rating, ensuring reliable operation in wet, dusty, and chemically challenging environments — both indoors and outdoors — across South Africa’s diverse industrial and municipal sites.
Proportional and digital control
The SEKO TPG models offer proportional dosing via external analogue signals (4–20 mA) from a controller. Optionally, the control can be activated by proportional digital pulse inputs such as water flow meters — enabling accurate, demand-driven chemical injection that reduces waste and chemical overconsumption.
Set Point pH or Redox Control with Integrated Probe Control Protocol.
The SEKO TPR Dosing Pumps are exceptionally capable integrated metering systems. Incorporating the pH or Redox reader and the Dosing Pump Controller all in one unit. The TPR Pump has become the go-to system for accurate pH and Chlorine metering in Southern African water treatment installations.
Statistics, passwords, and remote control
The digital interface models incorporate dosing statistics, secure password protection, ppm dosage calculation, batch dosing, and On/Off remote switching — giving plant operators and facilities managers full visibility and control from a central monitoring position.
Authorised South Africa distribution
As authorized SEKO distributors serving South Africa, we supply the full TEKNA EVO range with local technical support, commissioning assistance, and genuine SEKO spare parts — covering Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal, the Western Cape, and national sites.
SEKO TEKNA EVO TPG
The SEKO TEKNA EVO TPG is a fully digital, solenoid-driven diaphragm dosing pump designed for applications that demand proportional chemical injection in response to external control signals. Offering a constant, manually adjustable flow rate as well as fully proportional dosing via an external analogue signal (0/4–20 mA or 20–4/0 mA) or a digital pulse from a water meter in 1:n or n:1 ratio, the TPG integrates seamlessly into modern process control environments. A built-in timer function enables timed dosing cycles, while the ppm dosage calculator, batch dosing mode, dosing statistics log, and password security make it the preferred choice for water treatment operators who need accurate data and controlled access to pump settings.
The pump head is manufactured from PVDF as standard — providing exceptional resistance to chlorine, sodium hypochlorite, hydrochloric acid, and other aggressive treatment chemicals — with a PTFE diaphragm and ceramic ball valves. A PVC pump head is available as an option. An automatic degassing valve is incorporated on the 603 and 800 model sizes to prevent vapor lock in low-viscosity chemical applications. Each TPG is supplied complete with a standard installation kit, including a PVDF foot filter and injection valve, a PVC suction tube and a PE delivery tube, as well as a manual priming valve for rapid on-site commissioning.

SEKO TEKNA EVO TPR
The SEKO TEKNA EVO TPR is the intelligent instrument-pump of the TEKNA EVO range, incorporating a fully integrated pH and Redox (ORP) measurement and control system directly within the pump’s compact enclosure. Designed for swimming pools of all scales — from residential and community installations to municipal aquatic facilities, gyms and holiday resorts — as well as drinking water treatment, cooling towers and industrial process water systems, the TPR eliminates the need for a separate water quality analyser. The pump continuously monitors the measured pH or Redox value and adjusts its dosing output accordingly — delivering either constant flow or fully proportional chemical injection that automatically responds to changing water chemistry conditions.
A BNC connector pH probe input and an ORP/Redox probe input are provided as standard, along with a PT100 temperature probe input for thermal compensation — ensuring measurement accuracy across varying water temperatures. Two-point assisted calibration (pH 4.0 and pH 7.0 buffers, or mV equivalents for Redox) is accessible via a front-panel CAL key and takes less than two minutes. A repetition alarm relay, on/off remote control input, 4–20 mA analog output, and a comprehensive alarm system covering low-level, flow fault, and calibration status alerts round out the specification. Dosing statistics and password protection provide operational oversight, while the IP65 enclosure ensures durability in humid plant rooms and outdoor environments across South Africa.

TEKNA EVO Model Framework — 600 / 603 / 800 / 803
The TPG and TPR series share the same four-model hydraulic framework, distinguished by flow rate capacity and maximum back pressure. All four sizes share the same casing footprint and fixing centers, allowing system designers to specify the enclosure position and pipework before confirming the final pump model. Models 603 and 800 incorporate an automatic degassing valve as standard.
